Notice Regarding Conclusion of a Contract
For Transfer of Industrial Measuring Instruments Business
Nippon Avionics Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President: Katsuhiko Akitsu; hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces that today it has concluded an official business transfer agreement with A&D Company, Limited (hereinafter referred to as "A&D") with regard to the transfer of the Company's industrial measuring instruments business.
Based on the conclusion of the contract, the company's all assets for industrial measuring instruments business will be transferred to A&D, effective July 1, 2015
