Feature of insulated wire bonding

• It is a terminal bonding of coil winding. Insulation is removed by heating heater tip instantly and a wire is bonded on a pattern of PWB.
  There are many thermal compression bonding of a pattern with Sn plating.

Applications of Insulated wire bonding

Coil for speaker, microphone and motor and thermal compression bonding of a pattern with Sn plating.
