- Pulse heating method is superior in accuracy of temperature and time control with temperature feed back, joining repeatability and stable joining quality.
CSP Repair : CSP is removed from PWB
It is a repair to remove CSP from PWB to replace with good CSP when CSP is defective.
Heating head is moved up while heating and defective CSP is removed while solder is floating.
