Principle of Laser Welder

Laser welder is intended to solder, and weld plastic using the laser beam.
Laser beam does not scatter as the light bulb light does, and the beam is directed in the same direction in parallel. As such, high energy density is the characteristic of a laser beam.
Furthermore, by focusing the parallel light into one point using a lens, high energy can be obtained. This energy is used for the welding.

What is Laser Welder?

As the laser beam is emitted in the same direction in parallel without being scattered like a light from a lamp bulb, it is characterized by its high energy density. Furthermore, high energy can be obtained by focusing the parallel light into one point.

The laser beam oscillated by the laser oscillator is guided to a distant location by an optical fiber, and focused into one fine spot using a lens for fabrication of material.
