0.5mm pitch burn-in test board Adapter board type
 

This is a burn-in-test board for mounting fine pitch IC socket of 0.5mm pitch.
Considerable cost reduction is realized for multiple types testing by adoption of adapter board.
Delivery turn-around-time is shortened based on the complete production capability including
fabrication of printed writing board, assembly and test.

Application

  • Based on our expertise in making large sized PWB, large quantity of large sized
    IC sockets can be mounted on a board.
  • By sharing the IC sockets, the total socket cost in testing variety of devices can be reduced.

Features
  • Products made in small lot for variety of types (SOC, microcomputers, etc.)
  • Compatible to both pad on via type and lead type.
"High accuracy and high reliability printed wiring boards" are used.
1 line in 0.5mm spacing is realized by establishment of high accuracy registration technology !

The board has passed various reliability tests evidencing high durability.

  • Placed in high temperature of 125°C for 2,000Hr equivalent.
    (one time solder float test in 288°C for 10sec. as pre-process)
  • Three times solder float test in 288°C for 10sec.
  • Thermal shock, -65°C «–» +125°C. 100 cycles.
Test cost is greatly reduced due to adoption of adapter board method !
